MSP has become the recognised standard in enabling the successful management of multiple projects. Also accredited by the APM Group, MSP perfectly interlinks with the PRINCE2^® methodology of project management.

Programme management is the process of defining what it is you need to achieve, and then bringing together people, information and activities to achieve it.

The MSP Practitioner course is a five day event. Delegates should have a good appreciation of the principles and sound practical experience of Project and Programme Management, ideally utilising a recognised structured methodology such as PRINCE2. It highly recommended that delegates already have a PRINCE2 or equivalent accreditation.
